Autism

     On March 23, 2016, a study showed that a regular injection of methyl B12 made an improvement in autism symptoms, but not all patients had a change. Dr. Wang concluded this test at the University of California, San Francisco. Studies to help patients diagnosed with autism have been slowing its process and doctors needed to seek more options to ease the pain of any symptoms.

Texting After Dark

     On February 5th, 2016, studies have shown that teens do better in academic performance and quality of sleep, if they do not text or instant message after lights out. Researchers have said, "Disruptive effects of 'blue light' on sleep are intensified in the dark...." Many teachers have considered 'incorporating sleep education' into their curriculum.

Exercise Is Wise

     Daily exercise is crucial for everyone, especially for kids. As high school students, our bodies are still intaking nutrients needed to grow. On average, people of all ages should have at least one hour if exercise per day. With feeling better comes much more beneifts of staying fit, such as boosting your confidence and fighting of harmful diseases.
